We at Saint Elizabeth of the Hill Country Catholic Church give glory to God by living the message of Christ, practicing unconditional love and building community.  We commit ourselves to nurture the spiritual, educational, and social development of God’s people.  Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit we strive to respond to the needs of our community, remain a close and vibrant parish family, and grow in Faith.

Spend a little time exploring our website.  We update daily to give our followers a real time perspective of who we are, what we're doing, and where we're going.  Thank you for visiting. Come join us on our journey.  You'll be glad you did!

Thanksgiving Schedule Changes

The Parish Offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 23 and 24.  There will be no Mass or Confession on Friday, November 24.  There will be no Faith Formation on Sunday, November 26.

Over The River and Through The Woods

Many of our friends, fellow parishioners, students, and even Fr. Matthew will be traveling this week to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with friends and family. We, at St. Elizabeth's, wish for a WONDERFUL THANKSGIVING for each of you and we pray for your safe return after the holiday!

Coats for Kids

The Knights of Columbus have purchased some coats for children within our Parish whose parents might have difficulty furnishing them with a coat that is adequate for the extremes of temperature that we sometimes have.  These coats are available in limited numbers in both girls' and boys' sizes.  If you know of a child who has need for one of these coats, please contact the Parish Office.

Annual Angel Tree

Our annual Angel Tree Project is has begun.  The Angel Tree is located in the Gathering Space.  You can help a needy family have a little brighter Christmas.  Please take a card from the tree and return it with your gift or a gift card to be given to a needy family.  Return it by December 10 and our Angel Tree volunteers will take it from there.

Adult Bible Study

A new Adult Bible Study Series will begin on Tuesday, December 5th at 5:30 PM in the Youth Room.  They will be studying the book, Biblical Roots of the Mass by Thomas Nash. The book is available through Amazon.com in either paperback or Kindle edition.  It can also be purchased from any Catholic bookstore. For questions or further information contact Craig Bridgeman at 828-963-0787.
